Nassie is a lamp that came from the idea of match cultures.
Traditional “Nassa siciliana” covered by Agave fibres, plant very common in Sicily.
This plant was exported from Mexico’ and now in Italy is mostly used as decorative plants. My goal is to give importance and show the techniques Mexican’s craftsman use with this material.
